One Line Draw is a minimalist one-stroke puzzle game in which you complete a figure by tracing every line with a single, unbroken stroke. The rule is simple but demanding: choose a starting point, drag along the connected segments, and cover each line exactly once without lifting your finger or retracing a path you have already drawn. Early boards are gentle geometric shapes, but later levels add junctions, branches, and dead ends that force you to plan your route before you commit. Beneath the calm visuals sits a genuine logic problem closely tied to the classic Seven Bridges of Konigsberg: a figure can be drawn in one stroke only when it has exactly zero or two points where an odd number of lines meet. The game rewards spatial reasoning, patience, and pattern recognition, and runs instantly in any browser on desktop or mobile.
How to play One Line Draw
- Pick a starting dot and press and hold to begin drawing your line.
- Drag along the connected segments to trace the whole figure in one unbroken stroke.
- Cover every line exactly once - you may pass through a dot again, but never retrace a segment you have already drawn.
- Avoid stranding a segment behind you; if you trap yourself, the level cannot be finished from there and you must restart.
- Complete the full pattern to clear the board and unlock the next, more complex level.
Controls
- Desktop: Click and hold the left mouse button on a starting dot, then drag along the lines to trace the shape in one continuous stroke. Release to finish; start over to retry a level.
- Mobile / tablet: Tap and hold a starting point, then drag your finger along the path without lifting. Release when the figure is complete; restart to try a different route.
One Line Draw tips & strategy
- Count the lines meeting at each dot: points with an odd number are where your stroke must start or end.
- If every point has an even number of lines, you can begin anywhere - and you will finish back at your starting dot.
- Trace the whole route with your eyes before touching the screen; committing too early is the most common way to get boxed in.
- Handle dead-end spurs and narrow branches the instant you reach their junction, since you only get one pass through each.
- Stuck on a board? Try the exact same path in reverse, or start from the opposite corner - it often unlocks the solution.
- There is no timer on the puzzles, so treat each one as a logic problem and take your time.
What makes One Line Draw fun
One Line Draw pairs a dead-simple rule with a deep logic core. Highlights include: a single, intuitive draw-and-hold control that works identically on mouse and touchscreen; a smooth difficulty curve that starts with basic shapes and builds to dense grids full of junctions and dead ends; clean, minimalist visuals with no clutter and no time pressure on early boards; instant browser play with no download, install, or sign-up; and puzzles rooted in real graph theory (Eulerian paths), so getting better genuinely sharpens spatial reasoning and route planning. Progress is stored locally in the browser, so you can pick up where you left off.
One Line Draw gameplay video
In this clip: This clip shows Level 1, a five-point star made of five lines, being traced segment by segment. The counter goes from 0/5 on the untouched star, to 1/5 and 2/5 as dark segments are drawn from the top point, to 5/5 with the finished star shown mostly in orange.
One Line Draw FAQ
Who made One Line Draw?
One Line Draw was created by Unico Studio, the developer known for the Brain Test series, and is published for free browser play on Poki.
Is One Line Draw free to play?
Yes. It is completely free to play in a web browser, with no purchase required to solve every level.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. It is an HTML5 game that runs instantly in your browser on desktop, phone, or tablet - no download, install, or account needed.
How do you play One Line Draw?
Hold down on a starting dot and drag along the lines to trace the whole shape in one continuous stroke, covering every segment exactly once without lifting or retracing.
How many levels does One Line Draw have?
The game has many levels of steadily increasing difficulty. Unico Studio has not published an exact total, but you progress from simple shapes to complex, dense grids.
Is every puzzle actually solvable?
Yes. Each level is built to have a valid single-stroke solution based on Euler-path rules, so if you are failing it is a routing mistake, not an impossible board.
