What to write about
- A game is broken. Tell us the page address and what happened — a black screen, a game that never loads, controls that do nothing. Say which browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer, because most failures are one or the other.
- Something on a page is wrong. Our how-to-play text, controls and walkthroughs are written by playing the games, and we still get things wrong. Point at the sentence and we will fix it or take it down.
- Copyright, licensing or takedown. See below.
- Privacy. Anything covered by our privacy policy.
If you made a game that is on this site
We do not make the games here. They are embedded under licence through HTML5 game distribution networks — mainly GamePix and GameDistribution — and each game loads from the distributor's own servers rather than from us. More on that on the about page.
If you are the developer or rights holder of a game listed here and you want it removed, or you believe it was supplied to the network without your permission, email the address above with the page address and how you are connected to the game. We will pull the page while we check, rather than after. We would rather lose a listing than keep one we should not have.
The same goes for artwork, names or text on this site that you believe is yours.

What we will not do
We never ask for payment details, passwords or identity documents, and we do not sell placement — no studio can pay to rank higher in our catalogue or collections. If a message claiming to be from JoyForGame asks you for any of that, it is not from us.
Response time
Expect a few days. If something is broken or a rights holder wants a page down, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.
