About JoyForGame

JoyForGame is a free HTML5 game portal. Every game runs instantly in your web browser — no download, no install, and no sign-up — on desktop, phone, and tablet.

Each game page includes clear how-to-play instructions, desktop and mobile controls, real tips, and answers to common questions. For games built around levels, we publish full walkthroughs with verified solutions and stage-by-stage strategy, written by playing the game.

Where the games come from

We do not make the games on this site. They are made by independent studios and developers, and we host them under licence through HTML5 game distribution networks — mainly GamePix and GameDistribution. Each game is embedded on its play page and loads from the distributor's own servers, which is why a game page shows an iframe pointing at a domain such as play.gamepix.com rather than at us.

What we add is the part around the game: the catalogue, the categories and collections, the how-to-play text, the controls, the walkthroughs and the gameplay videos. Where we know who made a game we say so on its page; where we are not sure, we say that instead of guessing.

How the site is funded

The site is free and has no subscription, no account and no paywall. It is funded by advertising shown inside the embedded games, which the distribution network serves and shares revenue on. That is also what the ads.txt file at the root of this domain is for: it names the one seller account authorised to monetise this domain.

We do not ask for payment details, we do not sell anything, and we do not run paid listings — no studio can pay to be placed higher in our catalogue or collections.

About this domain

The current JoyForGame has been running since August 2026. The joyforgame.com domain existed before that under different, unrelated ownership, and nothing published on it before August 2026 came from us. Reputation databases that scored the domain during that earlier period are describing a site we had no part in.

Privacy

We use analytics to see which games are being played, so the popularity lists reflect real use. Games embedded from a distribution network run their own code and their own ads inside the game frame, under their own privacy terms. See our privacy policy for the details.

Getting in touch

Corrections, broken games, and copyright or licensing questions all go to the same inbox — see the contact page. The terms of use set out what we do and do not promise.
