About Everything Forge

Everything Forge is an alchemical crafting game built around the classic four-element combining formula. You start with fire, water, earth, and air, and drag them together on an anvil to discover new items - the core loop is experimenting with combinations to unlock a large library of results spanning categories from weather to mythology.

How to play Everything Forge

1. Start with the four base elements: fire, water, earth, and air.
2. Drag one element onto another (or onto an already-discovered item) to combine them on the anvil.
3. Watch for a new item to appear when a combination works - it gets added to your discovery list.
4. Keep experimenting by pairing newly unlocked items with earlier ones to chain further discoveries.
5. Use the search or item list to track which combinations you've already found and which categories remain unexplored.
6. Try illogical or humorous pairings, not just obvious ones - some recipes are intentionally whimsical.

Controls

• Desktop: Mouse only - click and drag elements together to combine them on the anvil.
• Mobile / tablet: Touch and drag - tap an element and drag it onto another to combine them.

Everything Forge tips & strategy

• Combine your four base elements with each other first (e.g. fire + water, earth + air) before moving on to derived items - most later recipes build on these first-tier results.
• If a combination doesn't produce anything new, it simply isn't a valid recipe - try a different pairing rather than repeating it.
• Revisit early items periodically; a newly discovered element can unlock a combination that didn't work earlier.
• Not every recipe is obvious - some are based on wordplay or pop-culture references, so try lateral, less literal pairings when you get stuck.
• Use any in-game item list or search feature to see how many items you've found in each category, which helps target what's left to discover.
