About Road Madness

Road Madness is an endless car-combat racer developed by InLogic Software: you drive down an endless highway in a car with auto-firing weapons, steering between lanes to avoid traffic while your guns take out enemy vehicles on their own. Money earned from destroyed cars is spent between runs on upgraded cars, weapons, and power-ups, and the loop of drive-shoot-earn-upgrade repeats as you push for a longer distance and tougher boss fights.

How to play Road Madness

1. Steer your car left and right across lanes using the arrow keys, or drag with the mouse/finger on touch devices.
2. Your weapons fire automatically at nearby vehicles - you just need to aim by positioning your car, or press space to shoot on keyboard.
3. Avoid ramming into enemy or neutral cars directly; taking too much damage (losing all your health) ends the run.
4. Destroy enemy vehicles to collect coins, and grab power-ups dropped by special enemies.
5. Survive to the end of a stretch to face a boss; beating it drops a unique power-up and lets you push further.
6. Spend earned coins between runs to upgrade your current car or unlock a new, more powerful vehicle.

Controls

• Desktop: Arrow keys (or mouse drag) to steer between lanes; weapons fire automatically, with space bar to shoot on some builds.
• Mobile / tablet: Touch and drag left/right to steer; weapons fire automatically as enemies come into range.

Road Madness tips & strategy

• Prioritize dodging over aggression early on - ramming enemy cars costs health, and health loss ends your run faster than anything else.
• Save coins for a car upgrade rather than spending on the first affordable option; a better base vehicle pays off over more runs than a cheap early boost.
• Watch for boss encounters at the end of stretches - they're tougher than regular traffic and drop the best power-ups, so approach them with full health.
• Stay centered in traffic when possible so your auto-aim weapons can hit multiple lanes without you having to dodge as much.
• Distance and coin totals both matter for progression, so balance pushing forward with clearing enough traffic to fund upgrades.
