Cat Snack Bar is an idle restaurant-management game from Korean studio treeplla in which a crew of adorable cats runs your growing food business. You start with a tiny snack bar and, one menu at a time, unlock dishes like coffee, lemonade, soup, hot dogs, burgers, pizza and donuts. Click or tap to collect the coins customers leave, then pour that revenue back into upgrades: faster cooking, pricier menu items, extra tables, more server cats and additional "worktops" where your cats prep food. Leveling every menu fills a star gauge; when it's full you hit the arrow to expand into a bigger venue, from food truck to cafeteria to full restaurant. Because it's a true idle game, the cats keep earning while you're away, and a 2X button doubles your offline take. Gems, gacha "suitcase" costumes and permanent merchandise bonuses round out the loop.
How to play Cat Snack Bar
- Click or tap the coins and tips customers leave on the tables to collect your revenue.
- Spend that revenue on upgrades: unlock new food menus, level them up, and add servers, tables and worktops.
- Watch for the red up-arrow that appears over a menu — it signals you can afford an upgrade there.
- Leveling menus earns stars that fill the progress gauge at the bottom of the screen.
- When the gauge is full, click the glowing arrow to expand into the next, larger venue.
- Return after time away and hit the 2X button to double the earnings your cats made while you were offline.
Controls
- Desktop: Mouse only — left-click to collect coins and tips, click the upgrade buttons and menu tiles, and click the expand arrow to advance. No keyboard needed.
- Mobile / tablet: Tap to collect coins and tips, tap upgrade buttons and menu tiles, and tap the arrow to expand to the next venue.
Cat Snack Bar tips & strategy
- Never stop buying upgrades — reinvest coins the moment you can afford them, since higher menu levels compound your income.
- Buy the cheapest available upgrade first to keep the star gauge climbing steadily toward the next expansion.
- Save gems for permanent Merchandise bonuses, which carry over between venues, rather than blowing them all on cosmetic suitcases.
- Trigger the x2 boost right before you step away, and always claim the 2X offline reward when you come back.
- Equip hats and outfits on your cat chefs — some gear boosts cooking or serving speed, not just their looks.
- Let the game idle: offline earnings (roughly up to three hours) can bankroll a big round of upgrades when you return.
