Penalty Shooters 3 is a browser-based soccer penalty shootout game where you alternate between taking shots and defending the goal against an opponent (AI or a second player). Each match is decided across rounds of penalty kicks, with the shooting side aiming for gaps in the goal and the goalkeeping side reacting to stop the ball. The opposing goalkeeper AI reportedly gets sharper as a match progresses, so later rounds demand tighter aim and quicker reflexes.

How to play Penalty Shooters 3

1. Choose your team/mode and start a penalty shootout match.
2. On your shot: click and hold on the ball to aim, watching the flame icon behind the ball build up power, then release to strike toward the goal.
3. Aim for the corners of the goal, away from the goalkeeper, to beat the save.
4. On defense: watch for the target reticle showing where the opponent is aiming, then click or tap that spot in time to dive and make the save.
5. Alternate shooting and goalkeeping rounds until the shootout is decided; whoever scores more (or wins sudden death) takes the match.
6. Play through additional matches to keep testing your aim against the AI's improving defense.

Controls

• Desktop: Mouse only: click-and-hold on the ball to charge and aim your shot, release to shoot; click the shown target to dive as goalkeeper.
• Mobile / tablet: Touch controls: tap-and-hold to charge and aim a shot, release to shoot; tap the target reticle to dive and save as goalkeeper.

Penalty Shooters 3 tips & strategy

• Watch the flame icon behind the ball while charging a shot - a bigger flame means more power, but power alone won't beat a keeper who guesses your corner correctly.
• Vary which corner you aim for between shots so the opposing AI can't pattern-read your placement.
• On defense, react to the target reticle as soon as it appears rather than waiting - the window to dive successfully is short.
• Low, hard shots aimed at the corners are generally tougher for the keeper to reach than shots down the middle.
• Stay focused in later rounds - the goalkeeper AI tends to get better at reading your shots as the match goes on.
