About Paco Paco

Paco Paco is a Pac-Man-style maze game starring a hungry rolling sphere. You guide Paco Paco through a 3D top-down maze, eating pellets scattered through the corridors while dodging ghosts that patrol the level. Collect enough pellets to open the escape hatch and clear the level, then move on to a harder one as more ghosts join the chase.

How to play Paco Paco

1. Move Paco Paco through the maze corridors using the arrow keys (or on-screen touch controls on mobile).
2. Eat the pellets scattered around each maze to build up your total.
3. Avoid direct contact with the ghosts patrolling the maze - touching one costs you a life (shown as a heart in the top-left corner).
4. Once you've eaten enough pellets, the escape hatch opens - reach it to clear the level.
5. Progress through all 9 levels, each adding more ghosts and tighter timing.
6. Keep at least one heart remaining - losing all your hearts ends the run and you restart.

Paco Paco tips & strategy

• Scan the maze layout before committing to a path so you don't get cornered by a ghost in a dead-end corridor.
• Prioritize pellets along your escape route rather than backtracking once ghosts start closing in.
• Use wide junctions to change direction and break line of sight with a chasing ghost.
• Later levels add more ghosts at once, so clear pellets efficiently early before the maze gets crowded.
• Head for the hatch as soon as it opens instead of lingering for stray pellets near active ghosts.
