About Cat Pinball

We have not been able to get this build past its title screen, so this page describes that screen and nothing more. The scene is drawn in a cartoon style: a wooden plank floor, a teal wall and a dark flat panel behind. In the upper middle sits a sticker-style emblem made of glossy coloured balls — red, green, orange, blue, teal and magenta, plus one rainbow swirl ball — with a grey tabby cat's face over it and a small yellow-green card that carries no readable text. Below it a dark grey and white cat in a green tunic is drawn mid-stride, and an orange-red ball sits to its left under a motion blur. Two small glowing markers rest on the floor at the right, one pink with up and down chevrons, one green with a cross, and a large cream shape fills the bottom of the screen. The only controls we can identify are a red New Game button near the bottom and a pair of cogwheels at the top left. The layout is portrait.

How to play Cat Pinball

  1. Press the red New Game button near the bottom of the title screen to start. It is the only start control shown.
  2. Use the cogwheel icon in the top-left corner for the game's settings; we have not got it open, so we cannot say what is in it.
  3. Play in a portrait window or on a phone held upright — the build renders in a tall, narrow window.
  4. We cannot describe the steps after New Game: we have never got past the title screen, so we have not seen a playfield, an objective or any rules.

Controls

  • Desktop: Mouse only, as far as we have seen: click the red New Game button to start, or the pair of cogwheels at the top left for settings. No keyboard prompt or key legend appears on the title screen. Two small glowing markers sit on the floor at the right edge; we could not confirm whether they are clickable. We have never got past the title screen, so we cannot describe the in-game control scheme.
  • Mobile / tablet: Touch: tap the red New Game button to start, or the cogwheel icon at the top left for settings. Both are large, well-separated tap targets. The screen is laid out vertically, so hold the phone upright. No virtual pad, joystick or gesture hint appears on the title screen, and we have not seen the in-game controls.

Cat Pinball tips & strategy

  • Open the cogwheel before you start — it is the only settings entry point visible on the title screen.
  • Let the build finish loading before tapping. Repeated clicks and drags never advanced us past the title screen.
  • Use a tall window rather than a wide one; the screen is portrait, so a wide desktop window leaves a lot of unused space on either side.
  • Do not assume the coloured balls, the running cat or the two glowing floor markers are gameplay objects. They appear on the title screen, and we cannot confirm whether any of them show up during play.

What makes Cat Pinball fun

A portrait title screen with two identifiable controls: a red New Game button and a cogwheel settings icon. Hand-drawn cartoon artwork of cats in an indoor scene, with a sticker-style emblem built from glossy coloured balls including one rainbow swirl ball, a cat drawn mid-stride and a motion-blurred orange-red ball. Two small glowing floor markers, one pink with up and down chevrons and one green with a cross. No score, level, timer, lives, currency or progress indicator appears on the title screen, and no sign-in, payment or account step stands in front of it.

Cat Pinball FAQ

Is Cat Pinball free to play?

Yes, as far as we can see. The build loads straight to a title screen with a New Game button, with no payment, sign-in, account or unlock step in front of it.

How do I start it?

Press the red New Game button near the bottom of the title screen. It is the only start control shown.

Does it have a settings menu?

There is a cogwheel icon in the top-left corner of the title screen, which is the usual settings control. We have not got it open, so we cannot list the options.

Does it work on a phone?

The screen is laid out vertically, which suits a phone held upright, and both controls are large tap targets. We have only seen the title screen, so we cannot comment on how it plays or performs beyond that.

Is it actually a pinball game?

We cannot confirm that. The title screen shows cats and coloured balls, but we have never got the build past it, so we have not seen a playfield, a table or flippers. 'Cat Pinball' is only how the game is listed in our catalogue.
