Karate Fighter is a 1v1 fighting / martial-arts browser game developed by Finz Games. As in the genre generally, two fighters face off in an arena and trade punches, kicks, blocks, and special moves until one player's health bar is emptied or the round timer expires. This build (hosted on portals such as Poki) is playable instantly on desktop, phone, and tablet with no download or account, and offers arcade-style single matches, a VS mode, and a short tournament ladder against AI opponents with a choice of martial-arts styles. Players pick a fighter, then use directional movement plus dedicated attack keys (or touch buttons on mobile) to land strikes and chain a combo/special move. Like most browser fighters, matches are quick and skill comes from spacing, timing, and blocking rather than memorized long combo strings.

How to play Karate Fighter

1. Choose your fighter and martial-arts style before the match begins.
2. Each round starts with two fighters facing off in an arena; move toward or away from your opponent to control spacing.
3. Land punches and kicks to reduce the opponent's health bar while trying to avoid their strikes.
4. Block or dodge incoming attacks to reduce or negate damage taken; a well-timed block can interrupt an opponent's combo.
5. Chain basic attacks into combos or use a charged special/combo move for extra damage.
6. The round ends when one fighter's health hits zero or the timer runs out; the fighter with more health remaining wins the round, and matches are typically decided over a short set of rounds.

Controls

• Desktop: Movement with W/A/S/D; attacks mapped to dedicated keys (this build uses J/K/L/I for different strikes); a separate key (U) triggers a combo/special move; P pauses the game; menus are navigated with mouse clicks.
• Mobile / tablet: On-screen touch controls replace the keyboard: a virtual directional pad or swipe zone for movement, plus tap buttons for punch, kick, and a combo/special move, with menus navigated by tapping.

Karate Fighter tips & strategy

• Watch your spacing — stay just outside your opponent's attack range and step in only when you can land a hit safely.
• Don't attack on cooldown; punish clear openings such as a missed strike or your opponent's recovery after a combo.
• Mix up punches and kicks (and high/low attacks where available) so your pattern is harder to read and block.
• When you're behind on health, prioritize blocking and dodging over trading hits to avoid compounding the deficit.
• Learn a couple of short, reliable combos you can execute consistently rather than chasing long strings you often drop.
• Keep an eye on the round timer — if you're ahead on health late in a round, playing defensively can seal the win.
