Red and Blue Cat is a free browser puzzle platformer built around controlling two characters at once. The extraterrestrial feline duo move through a perilous spaceship filled with monsters and traps, and the levels are designed so that neither cat can finish alone — you solve each room by working out what one needs to do so the other can proceed, collect the precious stones scattered through it, and find the key that opens the way out. It can be played solo, switching between the two, or in co-op with a second person on the same keyboard, which is how the design works best. The two-character structure is what makes it more interesting than the usual cat platformer, and it is the only co-op game on our cat games hub. Landscape, free in the browser, with no download, no account and no app store.
How to play Red and Blue Cat
- Control both cats — solo by switching, or with a second player beside you.
- Work out what each cat must do so the other can move forward.
- Avoid the monsters and traps the spaceship is full of.
- Collect the precious stones hidden in each level.
- Find the key and escape to the next room.
Controls
- Desktop: Keyboard — one set of keys per cat, so two people can play on the same keyboard.
- Mobile / tablet: On-screen touch controls for both characters. Landscape, so turn your phone sideways.
Red and Blue Cat tips & strategy
- Think about the room as one problem with two hands, not as two separate runs.
- Move the cat that is not in danger first; the one in a tight spot usually needs the other to act.
- Collect stones on a second pass rather than risking a death for them on the first.
- Co-op is where this design works best — it is the only two-player game on our cat hub.
- A keyboard is essential if two people are playing; touch controls suit solo play better.
- There is no cat care in it; this is a puzzle platformer with cats as the pieces.

Red and Blue Cat FAQ
Can two people play Red and Blue Cat together?
Yes. Each cat has its own set of keys, so two people can play on one keyboard. It also works solo by switching between the two characters.
How do you play it?
Guide both cats through a spaceship full of monsters and traps, using each one to make the other's route possible, collecting stones and finding the key to each exit.
Is it free?
Yes, free in the browser with no download, account or app store.
Is it a cat care game?
No. It is a co-op puzzle platformer in which the two characters happen to be cats.
Can I play it on a phone?
Yes, turned sideways, with on-screen controls for both characters — though a keyboard is far better, especially for two players.
What makes it different from other cat platformers?
The two-character design. Levels are built so that neither cat can finish alone, which turns each room into a puzzle rather than a reflex test.
