Overview

Emerland Solitaire's hundreds of TriPeaks levels get progressively tighter as its fantasy story advances, so success comes down to reading each board before you start clearing it and knowing when to spend your heroes' abilities. The strategies below apply across the whole campaign rather than to any single numbered level, since exact layouts weren't independently verifiable — they describe how the difficulty curve and hero/booster systems generally play out as you progress.

How Emerland Solitaire levels work

Numbered TriPeaks-style card levels grouped into a fantasy story campaign with unlockable heroes (Hundreds of sequential levels (exact total for the browser build not independently verified)).

Stage-by-stage strategy

Opening Levels: Learn the TriPeaks Flow

Early boards are small and forgiving, so use them to practice scanning the whole tableau before your first click and chaining consecutive runs (e.g. 3-4-5-6) instead of grabbing the first playable card. Reading which cards are truly "live" versus buried under two others is the core skill the rest of the campaign builds on.

Recruiting Heroes and Timing Their Abilities

As the Knight, Archeress, and Sorceress join your team, each grants a once-per-level charge. Hold it until you actually need it — the Archeress to clear a stubborn buried card, the Knight to swap out a waste card that's blocking your combo, and the Sorceress to pull a needed rank from the stock pile — rather than spending it reflexively at the first tricky moment.

Spending Boosters on the Right Boards

Wild Card, Combo, and Star Collector boosters are limited, so save them for levels with unusually tall peaks or a short stock pile rather than using them on every board. A Wild Card is most valuable when it lets a long combo continue instead of breaking, since combo length drives your star score more than raw cards cleared.

Later Levels: Plan Around a Shrinking Stock

As the story nears the Dark Master's harder boards, stock piles get shorter and more cards get stacked behind each other. Before your first move, identify which tableau cards only become exposed late in the level and choose your early runs so you don't strand yourself without a play — running out of stock is usually a planning error, not bad luck.

Tips to beat Emerland Solitaire faster

  • Prioritize the card that unlocks the most new tableau cards underneath it, not just whichever play is easiest right now.
  • Build the longest run you can before drawing from the stock — combo length drives your star score more than raw cards cleared.
  • Save hero abilities and boosters for levels where you're genuinely stuck rather than spending them on easy early boards.
  • Watch your remaining stock count and plan your last few draws so you're not left holding an unplayable board.
  • If you have both an Archeress and Knight charge available, use the Archeress first to open blocked peaks, then the Knight to fix an awkward waste card.

Emerland Solitaire walkthrough FAQ

Do level layouts repeat, or is each attempt random?

As in most TriPeaks games, each numbered level uses a fixed peak layout, but a retry can still feel different because the order cards come off the stock pile isn't guaranteed to match your first attempt.

What should I do if I get stuck on a level?

Replay it to learn where the buried, hard-to-reach cards sit, then save a hero ability or booster specifically for that choke point rather than spending it early — the tableau shape itself won't change between attempts.

Are the boosters pay-to-win?

Boosters can generally be earned through normal play or bought with in-game currency. They aren't required to clear easier levels, but they make the tighter, later boards significantly more forgiving.
